I've been using Ascend FBA for around two months now. As a reasonably new FBA seller, I was initially concerned about outsourcing to a prep centre, but my experience with this company has been fantastic. They respond to messages, handle preparation and shipment efficiently, and even send pictures of products upon request. Their prices are reasonable, and I highly recommend them to anyone starting an FBA business.
I have used their services for my last 2 shipments and have to say I'm more than impressed with the outcome and will not be doing my own prep again! The service has saved me so much time and has meant that my business is now fully 'hands off' which also saves me a lot of storage space. The team are very professional in dealing with any queries I have had and respond to me very quickly. Well deserved 5 stars - would recommend.
We started using Ascend FBA for our Amazon FBA business when we were having issues with inventory storage limits at Amazon warehouses. Ascend FBA are a great solution for this and always handle our stock professionally and with care. They also provide removal services from amazon which has been integral for our business and improving IPI score and essentially keeping our business in tip top shape. They are a great 3PL solution.
